1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • Items are returned within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Digital downloads (e-books, sample PDFs, teacher manuals).

  • Customized, co-branded, or bulk institutional orders unless defective.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

2. Process for Returns

  • Notify us at newviewpublication@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photographs as proof.

  • Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back in original condition and packaging.

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of replacement, a new item will be shipped at no additional cost.
